The Academic Council meets the first Monday of every month (with the exception of the first meeting in September), at 3:30 PM in Cook Library, Room 123.

In order to appear on the Academic Council agenda for any given meeting date, all materials (hard copies) must be submitted to each voting member of the Academic Council on the submission deadline date shown in the table above. All materials must show to have cleared program/department curricula committees and the appropriate college curricula committees before this deadline.
