Beaucoup health benefits to dancing as one ages

Shall we dance, my fellow “seniors”?  A 2009 review of literature on the benefit of dance for older adults pointed to strong evidence that dancing significantly improves the aerobic power, muscle endurance, strength, and flexibility of the lower body; static and dynamic balance/agility; and gait speed of older adults.  Health care professionals who work with older people, take note.
