Juanyce D. Taylor has served as Statewide Project Coordinator for
the Alliance for Graduate Education in Mississippi since May, 2000.
A Jackson, MS native, Juanyce received her B.S. in Psychology (Social
Rehabilitation Services) from the University of Southern Mississippi
(1995) and a M.S. in Counseling Education from Jackson State University
(1998). Juanyce is currently enrolled in the International Development
Ph.D. program at The University of Southern Mississippi.
Her work experience has included working as a mental health professional,
counselor, and in the realm of public relations. She serves as a
strong supporter of the UM Black Graduate and Professional Student
Association and advisor to the UM Student Chapter of the National
Organization and Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and
Chemical Engineers. She is also member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority,
Inc.
