Ragan is a research analyst in the Mississippi Statistical Analysis Center. He is also the web administrator for the Department of Administration of Justice and the MS-SAC. He is seeking a Ph.D. in Administration of Justice (cognate in research methods and statistics). His research interests include criminal justice education, treason and espionage, alternative sentencing, and drug courts. |
