MSG Hall is a native of central Maine.  He joined the Army in June 1994, where he attended 19K OSUT at Fort Knox, Kentucky.  MSG Hall’s duty positions and assignments include:  Tank Crewman 1st Battalion 12th Cavalry, Fort Hood, Texas; Tank Gunner/ Tank Commander 1st Battalion 12th Cavalry, Fort Hood Texas; M1A2 Senior Instructor 1st Squadron 16th Cavalry, Fort Knox, Kentucky, Company Master Gunner 1st Battalion 12th Cavalry, Fort Hood, Texas, Platoon Sergeant 1st Battalion 12th Cavalry, Fort Hood, Texas, OC/T Team NCOIC 2nd and 3rd Battalion 305th Regiment 177th Armor Brigade, Camp Shelby, Mississippi. Battalion Sergeant Major 1st Battalion 305th Regiment 177th Armor Brigade, Camp Shelby, Mississippi, First Sergeant, Diablo Company 2nd Battalion 5th Cavalry, Fort Hood, Texas. He is currently serving as the Senior Military Instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi in the ROTC Program. Overseas assignments include Intrinsic Action in Kuwait August-December 1996, OIF 04-05, and OIF 09-10 both in Sadr City, Iraq.

MSG Hall’s military schools and training include:  Warrior Leader Course, Combat Lifesaver Course, Instructor Course, Basic and Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, 1SG Course, M1A2 and M1A2 SEP NET Training, and M1A1, M1A2, and M1A2 SEP Master Gunner Course.

MSG Hall is married to the former Amanda K Minchew of Georgetown, Texas. They have two sons, Lane and Logan. They are currently living in Petal, MS where he is stationed at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS.
