LT Donald O'Quinn commissioned from the Army ROTC program in 1985.
He was later tragically killed in a training accident.
LTC Charles Mitchell, Chair of the Military Science Department, presented LT O'Quinn's parents with a battalion coin engraved with his commissioning number which was 1015.
