The FIND A MAJOR FAIR is sponsored by the College of Arts and Letters, College of Science and Technology, College of Business, College of Health and College of Education and Psychology and is coordinated by the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies to assist undeclared students and the general public.
Students helping students. This fair will be hosted by Student Ambassadors from all 5 academic colleges in an effort to assist undeclared, current and prospective students find majors at Southern Miss.
Career assessments available. In addition to academic departments, the Office of Career Services will offer career assessments to help the students figure out how their personality, interests and skills align with a career/major and navigate the fair.
Overall university effort. The FIND A MAJOR FAIR is a part of the university’s overall effort to support the University's Strategic Enrollment Initiative.
