I've been remiss in posting to the blog. I had an issue with the computer I had been using for the task, so attempted to switch to another one....but that didn't work either. I guess I'm technologically challenged.
Technological challenges are a part of nearly every day in higher education. Thankfully, most of the time the challenges are about how we keep up in a rapidly advancing world. Will the computers, smart-boards, podcasts and clicker systems we install today be obsolete next year? How best can we communicate with our students as they cycle through a dizzying series of preferred technologies from facebook to texting and beyond?
Solving these puzzles is part of what I love about my job. It keeps me thinking and looking ahead.
