Amelia Steadman returns

n42800811_32723537_8092.jpgAmelia Steadman, a 2005 Honors College graduate in history, Spanish, and international studies, returned to the college today to talk to our students about her law school experiences at Tulane University. She shared many insights about her experiences as well as how to prepare for and succeed in law school. We taped the entire talk and supplied it to all of our students in mp3 format.

Amelia completed a master's degree in Latin American studies at Tulane as part of her law studies. She expects to graduate from Tulane Law School at the end of 2009. When she graduated  in 2005, she won the Phi Kappa Phi silver bowl award for having the highest gpa on the most number of hours. She was (and is) an absolutely terrific student and human being. (The picture above was taken at a Southern Miss football game last month. Amelia is one of our biggest Golden Eagle fans.)
