November 2007 Archives

Hello all,

The power of procrastination plus my major piling papers on at the end of the semester has seriously created some havoc in my life. Little did those papers know, I work extremely well under pressure. I definately got them done. I finally have a chance to breathe... only for a second though because I still have a research paper due as well as finals.

This weekend is going to produce a much needed rest for me. I have also had a lot of duty days for my resident hall, lately. Since those are starting to slow down, I can focus more on my paper and finals. I'll make sure to update about how all of the tests go in the upcoming week.

Halloween, as always, was a blast.  The week leading up to the 31st had people sneaking around campus at night obviously on their way to parties and trying to avoid interaction in public because of their silly costumes!  But now, the costume nights of fun and laughter and pictures are over for a year and Thanksgiving is being ushered in.  I have been waiting for months to see the changing of the leave colors and feel the coolness of the air.  Things around campus are beginning to shift, as well.  Intramural football is in swing and as the second half of football season gets here, basketball is getting started up.  Obviously, things around campus haven't slowed down!  But that's how I like things.  I love to live life 1,000 mph!
