Robert Ingram has over 30 years of diversified, comprehensive economic development experience in both the public and private sectors.  From January 2006 until August 2012, Robert oversaw the day to day operation of the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance and worked closely with private and public sector leaders on regional community/economic development related issues critical to the future of Baldwin County, Alabama.   His extensive ED experience also includes CEO positions in Pike, Leflore and Rankin counties, as an ED research manager with the Mississippi R & D Center, and as Economic Development Assistant to the President of the University of Southern Mississippi.  Robert is currently the President/CEO of Common Sense Economic Development, LLC, a community economic development consulting firm which specializes in “on the ground community analysis” and education and training of economic development practitioners, volunteers and related officials.
