Dr. Goodwin has published in some of the top real estate journals including the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and the Journal of Housing Research.  She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for journals such as the Journal of Housing Research, the Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education, and the International Review of Financial Analysis.  Dr. Goodwin is regularly an invited speaker on real estate topics at the local, national, and international level.
