Academic and Professional Interests
A well-established author and researcher, Dr. Chen served in several editorial positions including editorial board member for the International Journal of Electronic Healthcare, editor for the 2005 ACME proceedings, reviewer for the Journal of International Technology and Information Management, and section chair for the annual meeting of the Decision Sciences Institute. She currently serves as the president of the ACME.
