Dr. Clark, a CPA, has published numerous journal articles. He was awarded the USM Excellence in Teaching Award in 2000 and was named Outstanding CPE Instructor by the Mississippi Society of CPAs in 1998. Recipient of Jerold J. Morgan Distinguished Professorship in Accounting for 2003 and 2004.
