The majors in the College prepare students for competitive positions with major local, national, and global organizations. Our tradition of excellence continues to reinforce our commitment to the development of strong communication skills, analytical abilities and a sense of ethical behavior.

The College of Business is one of five degree-granting colleges at Southern Miss. More than 80 faculty members across multiple campuses work tirelessly to educate over 2,400 undergraduate and graduate students in the various business disciplines. Faculty members represent varied academic and professional backgrounds that allow them to offer rich learning opportunities to students.

The College of Business is fully accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This organization is the premier accrediting agency for collegiate management education worldwide.
