Join us February 21, 6:00pm in Gonzalez Auditorium in the Liberal Arts Building for a special lecture in honor of Black History Month. Dr. Britta Waldschmidt-Nelson, of the German Historial Institute in Washington, D.C. will present, Impact of the African American Civil Rights Movement on Germany. The lecture, sponsored by the College of Arts and Letters and the Center for the Study of the Gulf South will be immediately followed with a reception in Dr. Waldschimidt-Nelson's honor.
