Biochemistry Emphasis

This program provides a student with a solid background for graduate studies in biochemistry or chemistry and is excellent preparation for medical, pharmacy, or dental school because of its balance of chemistry and life science courses. It requires 43 hours of chemistry, including 11 hours of biochemistry, and 20 hours of life science courses. The coursework is listed below or may be downloaded as a pdf file (Degree Plan). A typical semester by semester sequence can be downloaded as a pdf file here. For a Biohemistry Emphasis Course Sequence Flow Chart, click here (pdf).
