Emphasis in Chemistry

This emphasis provides a student with flexibility in academic planning. It contains a good set of courses in chemistry (47 hours minimum) and has 27-29 hours of electives. Students desiring a strong emphasis in chemistry and an option for concentration in other areas such as business, forensics, or computer science find this program attractive. The coursework is listed below or may be downloaded as a pdf file (Degree Plan). A typical semester by semester sequence can be downloaded as a pdf file here.
