Research interests:

My research interest is the integration of technology into the classroom environment. This includes hands on application for students and applications as teacher resources. Student applications that develop visualization skills are of particular interest.

In the department of chemistry and biochemistry I train pre-service teachers and teach freshman chemistry courses. Pre-service training includes practicum coursework with future science teachers, training the chemistry licensure majors, and supervising chemistry student teachers. Freshman chemistry courses include General Chemistry I & II, Principles of Chemistry, and Introductory Chemistry. I also teach our one semester survey of organic chemistry course.
