Refund and cancellation policy
Requests for the Children’s Book Festival registration fee refunds must be made in writing to:

Requests received on or before March 2, 2013, will receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee. Refunds are not available after March 2.
Early-bird registration has been extended to February 14, 2013.
Regular registration begins on February 15, 2013.
After March 15, 2013, you must register on-site.
On-site registration and pre-registered check-in opens at 8am Wednesday, April 10 and Thursday, April 11, and at 8:30 am on Friday, April 12. The registration desk is located on the 3rd floor of the Cochran Center.
