Director and Supervisor: Dr. Natalie Williams
Dr. Williams received her B.A. from Colgate University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical (Child) and Developmental Psychology from the University of Missouri. She completed a clinical internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Health at The University of Memphis prior to joining the Department of Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi.
Graduate Student
- Maren Hankey (1st year). maren.hankey@eagles.usm.edu Maren is a first-year Clinical Psychology graduate student in the Child Health and Development Lab. She graduated from Creighton University in 2011, where she majored in psychology. Her current research interests include pediatric obesity, parent-child interactions, and the connection between family systems and childhood obesity.
