Thesis/Dissertation Grant Application

• Click link above to complete application, print, and submit to Dr. Tammy Barry
• Grant funding for graduate student thesis or dissertation research
• Each student’s lifetime maximum amount for a thesis/dissertation grant is $250, which may be awarded in part for the thesis and in part for the dissertation, or it may be awarded in full for either the thesis or the dissertation
• All current students who have not received the lifetime maximum amount are eligible to apply
• Applications accepted on a rolling basis; there is no deadline

Clinical Psychology Research Excellence Awards Application

• Click link above to complete application and submit to Dr. Brad Green via email (bradley.green@usm.edu)
  
• Two awards given (one for 1st through 3rd year students; one for 4th year+ students)
• Deadline to submit: November 16, 2012
  
• Announcement of winners made each December
• Award = $200 grant (to be used for reimbursable expenses)

February 2013 - August 2013 Travel Grant Application

• For student conference travel from February 2013 through July 2013
  
• Deadline to submit: Tuesday, January 29, 2013
  
• Maximum Grant Award = $150
• Note that mileage (to a conference destination or to the airport) is reimbursable. You can access the mileage spreadsheet and the current reimbursement rate for mileage here>
  
• Travel grant eligibility resets each academic year; 2011-12 recipients became eligible again as of August 1, 2012. If you received a grant for the period of August 2012 through January 2013, you will have to wait for the next grant cycle to apply.
