I am a nutrition and dietetics major, chemistry minor, with a pre-med emphasis from Batesville, Mississippi. When I graduate in May 2011, I hope to enter medical school to become a Med-Peds physician.
This is my second year as a College of Health Ambassador, and I have the privilege of serving as the chair-elect for the 2009-2010 academic year. My favorite part of being an Ambassador is recruiting new students, which I do at many levels. Through Eagle Connection, I work to get great students to our university as a whole. As a CoH Ambassador, I am able to show my biases by promoting specifically our college. Finally, through my role as an Honors College Ambassador, I love to encourage students who are eager to assume the academic challenge of it.
It is truly rewarding to be a part of such a great organization that strives to serve and give back to the College of Health, which has given so much to me.
