Medical technology, also known as clinical laboratory science, is a scientific health care discipline that deals with
pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing of patients specimens. Baccalaureate and masters degrees and an online phlebotomy program are offered. The department holds accreditation from NAACLS.
Department of Nutrition and Food Systems
The Department of Nutrition and Food Systems prepares qualified professionals and conducts applied research, focusing on improved nutritional health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities.
Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences
