Signal International is a leader in the Gulf of Mexico for marine and fabrication services. Signal’s facilities span the Gulf of Mexico, with four yards in Texas and two in MS. The primary focus is offshore drilling rig overhaul, repair, upgrade and conversion.

Signal is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer II. Industrial Engineer will apply advanced IE concepts, techniques, analysis and decision tools to promote and implement changes in manufacturing, engineering and production operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong process observation and data collection background. Experience with time studies, line balancing and process flow analysis preferred. Must be well organized, detail oriented and posses excellent computer skills.
