Anice Powell, former director of the Sunflower County Library,
was the principal interviewer for this collection of 17 interviews,
conducted between 1975 and 1989. The bulk of the interviews
are on videotape. The audiotapes are missing. There are no
transcripts for any of the interviews. The library has release
forms for the video interviews. Four of the interviews are
related to the civil rights movement in Mississippi.
