HowTo - P-Card Policy Aug 29 2013

Any employees wishing to utilize the P-Card must submit a request and be approved by Dr. Walker or Dr. Siders before any monies are obligated. All P-Cards will be signed in/out and remain in the custody of the Office Manager and or Management Assistant for the assigned office. Food Purchases must also receive advance approval and be routed thru the appropriate Office Manager and/or Management Assistant.
