Undergraduate Degrees

Many remarkable undergraduate programs are found in the College of Education and Psychology!  Students who want to work with children and their families or who want to teach pre-K or kindergarten should investigate the programs in Child and Family Studies.  If you are interested in the teaching field or you’re in love with technology, check out the various majors in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education.  The library and information science degree located in the School of Library and Information Science can be used to obtain a variety of paraprofessional positions in libraries and other information environments, as well as to become certified as a school library media specialist.  If you want to know why people do the things they do, psychology—the science concerned with behavior—is the place for you.  The Department of Psychology offers a BS or a BA in psychology.
