Electronic Lock User Access Agreement
Notice to the User:
PLEASE READ THIS USER CONTRACT CAREFULLY. BY APPLYING FOR ELECTRONIC
ACCESS, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS SET
FORTH BELOW.
1. Confidentiality. The access code provided will only be used by the
person to whom the code is issued. You agree not to share the code with
others, and that sharing the access code violates the confidentiality
agreement and may result in the loss of some or all access privileges.
2. Door Obstruction. The doors are to remain closed at all times. You
agree to not prop doors open or otherwise obstruct door operation under
any circumstance, without the consent of the entity in charge. You agree
not to obstruct or prop open the doors, and that doing so violates this
agreement and may result in the loss of some or all access privileges.
3. Food and Drinks. No food or drink will be allowed in the lab. You
agree to not bring food or drink into the lab at any time, including after
business hours. You agree not to bring food or drink into the labs, and
that doing so violates this agreement and may result in the loss of some
or all access privileges. Exception to this policy is provided for re-sealable
water bottles when appropriate.
4. Cleanliness. The labs will be kept in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
You agree to assist in keeping the lab you are using free of clutter and
returning any lab you use to its condition when found. You agree that
you will keep the labs clean, and that not doing so violates this agreement
and may result in the loss of some or all access privileges. Also, you
agree to report any violation of this policy by others to the appropriate
person(s).
5. Usage Monitoring. Access to labs will be monitored at all times. You
agree to electronic monitoring when using the laboratory facilities.
