Sharon Rouse, Ph.D.

Associate Professor

Being a tenured faculty member, Dr. Rouse is actively involved in the community by teaching business English and communication, serving on committees, and researching professionalism, and human interaction with computers in teaching and learning. Her experience and training in business and education has lead to authored and presented international, national, and state articles, chapters, presentations, and workshops.

Dr. Rouse is presently serving a two-year term as the president of the Southern Business Education Association (SBEA) presiding over 12 states. SBEA is an affiliate of the National Business Education Association headquartered in Reston, Virginia. In addition, she serves on the Foundation for the Future of Business Education, a board devoted to assisting educators and others in promoting business education.
