NCTP http://www.nctp.com/ The National Center for Technology Planning (NCTP) is a clearinghouse for the exchange of many types of information related to technology planning. This information may be school technology plans available for downloading online technology planning aids (checklists, brochures, sample planning forms, PR announcement forms); and/or electronic monographs on timely, selected topics. The NCTP was created for those who need help, seek fresh ideas, or seek solutions to problems encountered with planning.

SICET http://sicet.org  The Society of International Chinese in Educational Technology (SICET) is a nonpolitical, non-profit academic organization. The organization's goal is to aggregate international Chinese scholars and experts in the field of educational technology to encourage academic cooperation and support among members. The mission of SICET is to establish and strengthen academic international connections, exchanges, research, and studies in educational technology for teaching and learning, as well as to promote the application of educational technology in Chinese education.
