Rebecca Morgan Frank

Assistant Professor of English

Rebecca Morgan Frank is the author of Little Murders Everywhere (Salmon Poetry, 2012), a finalist for the Kate Tufts Discovery Award, and The Spokes of Venus, forthcoming from Carnegie Mellon University Press in early 2016. Her poems, essays, and stories have appeared such places as Ploughshares, Guernica, Harvard Review, New England Review, Prairie Schooner, Five Chapters, Literary Imagination, the Los Angeles Review of Books, and Best New Poets 2008. She is the recipient of the Poetry Society of America’s 2010 Alice Fay di Castagnola Award for her next manuscript-in-progress, and she has received fellowships from the Sewanee Writers’ Conference and the Virginia Center for Creative Arts. Her collaborations with composers have most recently been performed at the Poetry Foundation and exhibited in the group show Axis at the Brentwood Arts Exchange in Maryland. She is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Memorious: A Journal of New Verse and Fiction.
