SOAR Quick Links - Graduate

The following links require administrative SOAR access, which is only available upon the completion of the Learning Enhancement Center’s SOAR training classes and the submission of required paperwork by the department chair.

 

SELF SERVICE --> FACULTY CENTER --> MY SCHEDULE
Change semester if necessary, then click on the little students icon to the far left of the class in question. 

SELF SERVICE -->  USM SELF SERVICE --> PRINT COURSE EVALUATIONS (4121=Fall 11, 4125=Spring 12, 4128=Summer 12)

SELF SERVICE --> FACULTY CENTER --> MY SCHEDULE

Change semester if necessary, then click on the little blackboard icon to the immediate left of the class in question. Change grade roster type to final grade or midterm grade as appropriate.  Enter grades for each student, then change the approval status from not reviewed to ready for review (midterm grades) or approved (final grades).  Click save.

Fill out required information and click submit.

Change semester if necessary, then click on the little students icon to the far left of the class in question.  A link will appear above the roster on the right (Class Photo Roster).  Click it.

Use the choices in the button under the first section, Academics, to add, drop, or swap classes, view your grades or progress to degree sheet.
