Academic Services Coordinator

My journey at USM began in the Registrar’s Office in May 1992.  In 1998, I transferred from the Registrar’s Office to the Graduate school.  While at the Graduate School,  I really enjoyed working with  all masters, specialist and doctoral students at the University.

In 2002, I left the Graduate School to become the Academic Services Coordinator for the School of Family and Consumer Sciences.  Following University reorganization in 2004, the School of Family and Consumer Sciences became the Department of Child and Family Studies.  As the Academic Services Coordinator for the Department, I have the opportunity to assist both students and faculty.

During my time at USM, I have served on the People Soft Implementation Team, the University Assessment Committee, Staff Council, the College of Education and Psychology Recruitment and Retention Committee and the University Committee on Committees.
