Research Interests: Student retention and success, development of therapists-in-training, MFT core competencies, self-of-the-therapist, differentiation of self, perceptions and processes of accreditation and assessment, and professional regulation and licensure

Professional

I am interested in the student retention and success, the development of therapists-in-training, self-of-the-therapist, and MFT core competencies. Additionally, I am interested in student learning outcomes and the methods used to evaluate and assess outcomes. Additional interests include regulation for marriage and family therapists, the concept of differentiation of self and the perceptions and processes of accreditation and assessment.
