All students are reminded that all prior term and current term balances must be paid by December 7th, or your spring classes may

be dropped. Furthermore, any graduating student must pay all of their student account bill before your diploma will be mailed.

If you are a graduating senior and moving our of the fraternity house at the end of the semester, please contact your graduate

assistant to complete the move out process. All chapters are encouraged to submit their draft lists if the fraternity house is not at the

proper occupancy level. All draft charges will be submitted by the end of the week. The Fire Suppression Installation Project will be

completed in the next month. The Office appreciates your cooperation during this time.

The fall semester is off to a great start. The houses have been great so far, and we hope that you benefit from the addition of the new five day housekeeping schedule. Recruitment is a major part of the fall semester and is a crucial part in your chapter’s ability to fill your house. We will continue to enforce the four semester policy. Occupancy on Fraternity Row is the highest it has been since the Spring 2005 semester.Please take a moment to view your SOAR accounts in the next few days and verify that your housing charges are accurate. The sprinkler system project is ongoing and we are appreciative of your cooperation as we complete this project focused on your safety. The schedule for the next three houses is as follows; Delta Tau Delta-Aug. 17 -- Sept. 7, Sigma Phi Epsilon-Sept 7 -- Sept. 28, Alpha Tau Omega-Sept 28 -- Oct. 19. We have asked each fraternity president to supply the office with dates that might interfere with these work times. The contractors will mostly be working in the attic spaces in your houses. We encourage all members to utilize the maintenance request system if there is an issue. Good Luck with recruitment.
