Events at Southern Miss Gulf Coast

The Department of Student Services is available to assist in scheduling events at Southern Miss Gulf Coast. Individuals who wish to schedule an event should coordinate services five days prior to the scheduled event. Individuals must also complete the Facilities Request Form and the Event Order Form when requesting services. Completed forms should be submitted to Heather LeBlanc at Heather.LeBlanc@usm.edu or fax to 228.214.3270. You will be contacted for confirmation and scheduling of the event.
