SOAR Password Reset
In a
few days when you log into SOAR, you will be prompted to activate your
Self-Service Password information. In three
easy steps
you will be empowered
to reset your own password; even in the middle of the night!
Step 1: Choose a question from the drop down list. The questions are:
- City you were born (no spaces)?
- Father's middle name?
- Favorite pet's name?
- Mascot of high school you attended?
- Mother's maiden name?
Step 2: Type in your answer to the "Hint" question (the system will format it to all capital letters.)
Step 3: Click on the "save" button. You're done!
From
that point forward, if you forget your password you can reset it on your
own by clicking on the "Forgot My Password"
link on the SOAR
sign-in page.
You
will be prompted to enter your ID, Date of Birth, and the answer to your
password hint question. All that is
left at that point is to click on
the "Reset Password" button!
