The GCRL can provide meals for Field Trip groups. The Dining Hall Manager and Field Trip Coordinator will plan menus for your group or you can discuss and plan menus with the Field Trip Coordinator in advance of your visit. Meal service times can vary according to the needs of your group, and “to go” meals for off-campus excursions or boat trip can also be arranged. If special diets are needed, please inform the Field Trip Coordinator of the nature of the diet(s) and how many people will be served. Please describe briefly what your group’s meal plan needs are and provide contact information, so details can be discussed.
