To register for a Field Trip to the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory in Ocean Springs, Miss, please complete and return the Field Trip Reservation forms:

1. Request for Field Trip Accommodation
   Dormitory Registration
   Statement of Charges
   Field Trip Roster
   Release From Liability
   
2. Dates for your field trip cannot be confirmed until the forms have been submitted. The forms should be completed on-line, printed, signed and faxed or mailed to the Office of the GCRL Field Trip Coordinator:

At the time of your inquiry, dates and facilities can be reserved, but will not be confirmed until Field Trip Reservation forms are submitted to the Field Trip Coordinator’s office.

If you have questions about the GCRL Field Trip Program, your group’s arrangements or need to make changes, do not hesitate to write or call. Please contact the Field Trip Program office immediately, if important changes in your arrangements are needed or when a cancellation is necessary.
