Abstract Guidelines

The title of the abstract should be entered into the “Title” field (in all caps) and the author's names, institutions, and addresses should be entered into the “Author(s) and Author(s) Addresses” field. Please place an asterisk (*) following the name of the presenting author and, if there are multiple authors from different institutions, a superscript reference numeral following each authors name and again after their respective institution (see ex. 2). The body of the abstract should be entered into the next field labeled “Body”. Please limit the abstract to one paragraph and less than 200 words. All abstracts must be in English, using metric units, and in 12pt. font. Do not use any formatting tools such as italics, bold or subscript and do not indent paragraph. The presentations should be designed for a 12 minute presentation period, with a 3 minute question/answer period. Posters (maximum size of 4' x 4') will be accepted.
