<title>Science Cafe - You Are What You Eat:  The Science of Obesity, Disease, and Good Health. </title>

<description>A Science Cafe event at the Gulf Coast Research Lab on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.  Doctors Tom and Judy Lytle will present “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT: The Science of Obesity, Disease, and Good Health.”  Both presenters are professors emeritus of chemistry at USM and will preside over what is sure to be a lively discussion about how to make the best of the food choices we all face today.  

The Science Café offers those with minimal background in science, the chance to meet and discuss scientific issues in a relaxed social setting. Admission is free and open to the public. 6:00 - 7:30, GCRL Dining Hall.
