Planetary Geology, Geomicrobiology, Early Earth History, Carbonate Sedimentology, and Scanning Electron Microscopy

I am genuinely interested in all aspects of Earth Science, by my primary interests lie within the relationships between organic matter and carbonate sedimentation, and its applications in finding life on other celestial bodies that possess carbonate rocks (like Mars).  As an avid fan of the Apollo era, I am also very interested in lunar geology.
