Walker Science Building

The Department is located in Walker Science Building on the Hattiesburg Campus and we share space on all three floors.  At this location we house:  all of our Hattiesburg faculty, seven instructional labs, a biogeography lab, a sedimentary lab, a soils lab, a hydrogeology lab, a tree ring research lab, a geochemistry and hydrogeology lab, a digital visualization lab, a geospatial teaching lab and a geospatial research/projects lab, a geology research library and a geography special collection, our well logs, an lab and office for externally supported research projects, and of course a lot of rocks and a map collection.
