Graduate Certificate Programs

• To apply for a graduate certificate program:
  • Complete the online Application for Graduate Admission here OR download, print, and fill out the Graduate Certificate Admissions Application form here.
  • Download, print, and fill out the Non-Degree Enrollment form here.
  • Submit completed and signed paper forms to Graduate Admissions.
  • Pay the Application for Admission Fee here.
  • Have official transcripts showing completion of required degree sent to Graduate Admissions.
  • Submit immunization records to Graduate Admissions, unless program is fully online.

• Credit Hour Limitations: With permission up to nine (9) hours of Certificate Credit Hours can be used towards a master's degree and up to twelve (12) Certificate Credit Hours can be used toward a doctoral degree.
