Bio: Raleigh Hoke, the Mississippi Organizer with Gulf Restoration Network, has been working for the past five years to organize and empower residents along the Mississippi Coast to protect the natural resources of the region. He grew up in rural Tennessee, and moved down to the Gulf Coast nine years ago to attend Tulane University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science.
