Applying for Undergraduate Graduation
Degree Application materials for spring 2010 must be delivered to Linda Jordan no later than October 30, 2009. There are several steps I must complete in SOAR before the published University deadline. The Registrar’s Office will not accept handwritten, faxed, or late degree application materials.
Required forms for degree application are available on the Registrar’s web page at the registrar's office.

STEPS FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Step 1. Undergraduate Exit Survey: Complete online and print.
Step 2. Degree application:
>List the correct plan of study on the application for degree!
>Students in the College of Business earn a BSBA, Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration.
>Complete online, print, date, and sign your name.
Step 3. Current Resume, to be critiqued by COB Career Services. Resume suggestions will be mailed to the student’s home address.
Step 4. Deliver all three documents to Linda Jordan in the College of Business GC office, located in Room 109 of the Business Complex on the Gulf Park Campus in Long Beach.
Students planning to graduate in summer 2010 or fall 2010 should contact Linda.Jordan@usm.edu to ensure all GPA, course, hour, and degree requirements will be met for graduation.
