The College of Business on the Gulf Coast

The College of Business Gulf Coast is a unit of The University of Southern Mississippi's College of Business serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The college offers AACSB International accredited graduate and undergraduate degree programs in business.


The College of Business Gulf Coast relocated to the Business Complex on the Long Beach campus.  Until remodeling is finished, faculty members remaining at the Gulf Coast Student Service Center in Gulfport include Dr. Mary Anderson, Professor John Brown, Dr. Weihua Shi, Professor Ty Perry, and Professor David Paster.   E-mail is the preferred method of contact during the interim period.  Students may drop off materials for faculty members at the Long Beach campus.
Mission: Our purpose is to provide a range of educational products, services, and resources that advances the careers of our students, faculty and staff, and increases career opportunities in the regional business community. We accomplish our mission by building skills, fostering intellectual contributions, and promoting business growth and entrepreneurial activity.
