Chapter 30 Montgomery GI Bill
This program is for veterans who entered military service on or after July 1, 1985, and paid $1200 over a 12-month period before separating from the military. The veteran has 36 months of eligibility and must be used within 10 years of the delimiting date. Active duty personnel only receive actual tuition and fees while retired personnel receive funding based on the enrollment status.
