Chapter 31 - Disabled Veterans

To be eligible, the veteran must have a 10% disability rating as determined by the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC).  The VRC assists with choosing an appropriate major based on the individual's disability.   The VA pays tuition, fees, books, and supplies as well as a monthly allowance based on the number of dependents.
